One Minute With Matt Osolin

Posted on February 19, 2020 in

Today we're getting to spend one minute with our Ohio Living Breckenridge Village family member Matt Osolin.

Thanks for being part of the team!

How long have you worked here? Seven Years, Four Months, One Day, Seven Hours, Thirty Nine Minutes

What do you do here? I am the Culinary Director at Grace Woods

When you’re not at work, what is your favorite thing to do? Spending time with my two boys Jacob and Dylan. Coaching Wrestling and Football. Watching them compete.

What is the coolest thing about you that no one knows? I didn’t start working in culinary until 2009. Also, I’m terrified of my haunted apartment (which isn’t very cool).

What was your proudest moment – personally or professionally? Winning a high school state championship in wrestling. Also, winning the AHF culinary competition in D.C. was a very proud moment.

What is something that is still on your bucket list? I’ve always wanted a motorcycle, which sounds silly. Travel to Italy is definitely up there as well.

Finish this sentence. I make a difference at OLBV by… giving everything I have to go beyond expectations and provide a dining experience that’s creative, elegant, delicious, and memorable.

We'd love to spend one minute with you. Check out our current openings at http://bit.ly/OLBV_Careers
