Cheers to Silver Heart Award recipient Jen, an outstanding team player who works with Ohio Living Village Home Health & Hospice patients. She sees a need and jumps in to meet it.
Her leader shared, "Jen has developed a strong professional relationship with the staff at the facilities and picks up extra shifts to help her fellow teammates. She works without complaints, never questions her workload, and has received many positive comments from her patients, family and faculty staff. One of her most admirable qualities is that she does not need to be asked – she sees a need and jumps right in.”
