Llanfair Retirement Community Hires Executive Chef

(CINCINNATI, Nov. 17, 2014) — Llanfair Retirement Community, a premier continuing care retirement community serving southwest Ohio, recently hired Executive Chef, Jason Campbell as Dining Manager for two of Llanfair’s independent living apartment home buildings.

Jason is a member of the American Culinary Federation and is a Certified Chef de Cuisine. Most recently, he has served as Executive Chef for the Incline Public House in Price Hill, and the Bell Event Center in Clifton.

“Jason brings a great deal of creativity and management experience to our community,” says Sheena Parton, Llanfair Executive Director. Sheena goes on to say, “His ideas are fresh and innovative and will really enhance the dining experience for our residents.”

In early 2015 Llanfair will kick off an expansion and renovation project for the kitchen and dining room of the Larchwood independent living apartment home building. Jason will be instrumental in transforming the cooking techniques, ingredients and will be consulted on the layout and design of the new kitchen and dining room.
