My mother spent time here to recover and return to home. This facility was outstanding. The kindness of all the staff was over the top. The food is very good and the activities planned were fabulous fun. The physical therapy was superb. I went to visit the ladies who live here many times and they are so happy. This is a great place with good people. They have many long term employees. Ohio Living Lake Vista is pleased to welcome the Trumbull County Public Library Mobile Unit to campus! Residents, family members, and community guests are invited to stop by and explore the mobile library experience. Browse books, request titles, and learn about all the wonderful resources available through our local library system — right outside your door.

The Mobile Library will be on campus every third Wednesday of the month from 1:30 to 3 p.m. and will be located in the Park Place Lobby area. Whether you're looking for your next great read, large-print favorites, or help with digital library services, the friendly library staff is here to assist.

Ohio Living Lake Vista is proud to showcase the work of local artist Michael Cantelmo in a new exhibit at The Gallery at the Lake titled “Recollections, One Brush Stroke at a Time.” On display through January 2026, this collection features Cantelmo’s oil paintings inspired by nature and his travels. A Warren native and graduate of Warren G. Harding High School and the University of Pennsylvania, Cantelmo has spent a lifetime exploring creativity through various art forms. Now retired, he focuses his time on painting the world around him. The gallery is open Monday through Saturday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Walk-ins are welcome—simply park in the main lot and enter through the assisted living entrance.
