Memory Care
The Grace Center is the home of our memory care program and is designed to be less overwhelming for residents, while allowing as much personal freedom as possible. Private apartments, as well as intimate dining and living areas, provide for a relaxing and comfortable setting.
The Rehab Studios
Set apart from the Health Care Center, the Rehab Studios at Ohio Living Mount Pleasant offer the perfect environment for rehabilitation in a beautiful, private and comfortable place. Our team focuses on your specific care coordination from hospital to Ohio Living Mount Pleasant to home.

Located in in the heart of our main campus, the McClure Health Care Center leads the way to proven results with years of caring and quality service. Our highly-skilled team offers a full range of therapies and the finest skilled nursing care.

Our campus brings together trusted professionals for a fast-paced series of concise, focused presentations on topics people should understand about selling their home, home equity, downsizing, estate planning and more. It is the building blocks of smarter planning. Chef-prepared lunch will be provided.

Part two The Framework —Meet Your Neighbor Three Course Dinner
Every plan needs the structure that supports real life. The framework is designed to show how thoughtful planning can translate into everyday living. Guests are invited to share a three-course meal, prepared special by our very own campus chef, alongside current residents. This is an opportunity to hear real stories, ask practical questions and see how intentional choices made early create comfort and confidence.

Part three The Walk Through — Annual Showcase of Homes
You’re one of a kind. Your home should be, too. Our showcase of homes is a self-guided tour that encourages guests to explore homes and shared spaces at their own pace. Walk through our wide variety of independent living options ranging from 700 sq. ft. to 2,500 sq. ft. with everything in between. Light brunch appetizers will be provided at the end of the tour and a chance to win a prize!
