Assisted Living

Assisted living at Ohio Living Sarah Moore carefully balances the independence you desire with the support that you need. Our residents enjoy beautifully appointed apartments that open onto large shared living and dining rooms and are adjoined by enclosed courtyards. There, residents can stroll, sit, garden and watch the birds. We also offer opportunities to engage in social activities and outings.

Ohio Living Sarah Moore is certified by the Ohio Department of Aging to provide basic services under the Assisted Living Waiver Program. Individuals who are enrolled or are currently enrolling in the Assisted Living Waiver Program are accepted based on availability.

Rehabilitation & Skilled Care

Whether you need to recover after a hospital stay, surgery or illness, our in-patient rehabilitation or out-patient therapy services offer the care you need. Our experienced team of physical, occupational, and speech therapists and nurses work with you to create customized care plans to help you reach your goals.

All of the staff are friendly and caring. I appreciate the nice hello when we visit. I am delighted by how often they check in on my mom for meals and activities. I am mostly there for lunchtime and everyone is very kind, seeing what the residents need to drink, eat, helping them find a seat and the food always looks delicious and hot.
