Our goal at the Fairmount Health Center is to provide comprehensive therapy that allows each rehab guest to meet their goals. Our team works with each new guest to evaluate their needs and formulate a custom rehabilitation plan so that their treatment will be as timely and successful as possible.

Our team has been trained extensively in caring for rehab guests after hospitalization for neurological diseases, orthopedic surgery, cardiovascular events, or other debilitating conditions. This training equips our staff to be both compassionate and focused on helping guests improve their quality of life.
