December 2023 Employee Spotlight: Sandy S., Housekeeper

For more than 35 years, our December employee of the month, Stacy S., has bonded with residents and their families as part of our all-star housekeeping team. Currently, she works as a housekeeper at the Mount Pleasant Place apartments.
From nurturing relationships to exceeding cleanliness standards, Stacy’s contributions have made a difference for many in our community. She notes that the most gratifying part of her job is connecting with residents and their families. In addition to helping maintain clean living conditions, she also lends companionship and encouragement.
“If you are thinking of entering the healthcare field as a profession, know that it is hard work, but also, it can be very rewarding,” said Stacy. “Bring a positive attitude and joyful disposition to each interaction – it really helps!”
Outside of work, Stacy enjoys spending time with her loving husband of 41 years, along with her son, daughter-in-law and three grandchildren. She also enjoys gardening and attending car shows.
