It can help to meet with the leadership team to learn more about the community, including their philosophy, the financial stability of the organization and what makes the community a good fit for you and your loved one.
Services and Staff
Different communities will have different services and amenities, and it is important to find one that meets your needs. Check that they offer the type and level of care that you or your loved one requires, as well as the quality of their staff, including their training and education. Ask how chores such as laundry and housekeeping are handled, as well as support provided during the day.

Find a community that offers activities that encourage both physical health and intellectual growth for a well-rounded experience. When researching communities, make sure to ask: What are the different contracts, and how do I choose the one that is right for me? What happens if the money runs out? What about insurance and taxes?
